The reason of develop cap light
The writer Kenneth Pletcher and John P. Rafferty publish in Encyclopedia Britannica: "Japan earthquake and tsunami of 2011, also called Great Sendai Earthquake or Great Thoko Earthquake, severe natural disaster that occurred in northeastern Japan on March 11, 2011. Because the earthquake shook northeastern Japan, there was a power cut and all lights went out. Japanese government commissioned by WEDID production of the product that uses waterpower to product light and easy to carry for victim of a disaster.
